OPERATION PROLIFERATION
OPERATION PROLIFERATION
WARNING ORDER (WARNORD)
Operation Proliferation
Situation
Bitcoin is under existential threat. Once hailed as a decentralized, peer-to-peer lifeline, it is showing signs of recentralization…
- Developers: Disproportionate control over protocol changes.
- Miners: Declining subsidies + low velocity = consolidation.
- Community: HODLing drains liquidity and fee revenue.
- Adversaries: Regulation, off-chain reliance, and misinformation push custody and centralization.
If unchecked, Bitcoin collapses into digital fiat controlled by institutions—not people.
Mission
Preserve decentralization by implementing Barber’s Law via Velocity Protocols (VP 1–5) to restore circulation and miner incentives.
Execution
- Education — counter Maxi-Misnomers.
- Protocols — deploy VP 1–5 to create PermaFlow.
- Policy & Governance — BIPs + BDDMP DAO.
Main Effort: Decentralized mining & circulation (TPS, SatFlow).
Supporting: Education; policy work.
Sustainment
- Global South adoption
- Diversified nodes & developers
- Community incentives to transact
Command & Signal
Leaderless by design; independent cells coordinate through shared protocols and outcomes.
Final Warning
Bitcoin must circulate or die.
Maxi-Misnomers
Maxi-Misnomers are confident-sounding but incorrect “truths” about Bitcoin—especially within maximalist circles. Repetition replaces research, new users adopt them as gospel, and the ecosystem weakens.
Goal: evolve maxis into mature maximalists who acknowledge shortfalls and help improve the network.
Maximalism in Brief
- Exclusive support for BTC; dismiss altcoins
- Decentralization & security focused
- 21M supply, resistance to change
- Store-of-value emphasis; long-term reserve vision
Unchecked dogma ⇒ Digital Darwinism. Correct the misnomers; strengthen Bitcoin.
Education
The first mission of Operation Proliferation is Education. Our BCurious Series and bold Maxi-Misnomers cut through noise, call out false narratives, and deliver the truth about Bitcoin’s future.
Our WARNORD makes it clear: Bitcoin is under attack—but there’s a path forward. In Battlefield Bitcoin, Fredrick Barber outlines the strategies to keep Bitcoin alive as a truly decentralized, peer-to-peer cash system.
Velocity Protocols 1–5
The Velocity Protocols (VP 1–5) are BIPs to secure Bitcoin’s future. We’re sharing the playbook so Bitcoin wins for the world, not just a few.
With VP 1–5 we create PermaFlow, turning every participant into a salesperson and expanding the ecosystem 150× through adoption and circulation.
Join us in building the BIPs in Battlefield Bitcoin to usher in a more equitable system for all.
DAO — Bitcoin Decentralization Decision-Making Protocol (BDDMP)
BDDMP is a true DAO framework handing Bitcoin’s future back to the people. Today, CORE’s concentration of power undermines decentralization.
A DAO opens the door for every voice to shape direction, growth, and survival—a blueprint for action where power is shared, not hoarded.
Equilibrium-Based Economics (EBE)
EBE emphasizes continuous flow of value over unlimited printing or rigid fixed supply alone. Scarcity without circulation breeds illiquidity and concentration.
Blockchain enables EBE via uniform rules for all participants. Governance is embedded in circulation and security rules—responsibility is collective and verifiable.
PermaFlow
PermaFlow is achieved via five protocols that create a permanent current in capped ecosystems, preventing illiquidity from asset pooling.
The flow affects all wallets equally and can route compensation to secure critical components (e.g., miners, programmers, DAOs). Parameters can adapt as the ecosystem matures.
These five protocols are foundational for any capped cryptocurrency seeking to function as money and a temporary store of value.
Barber’s Law
Closed-loop (capped) economies must include a built-in circulatory system to avoid illiquidity from protocol pooling and business-cycle shocks.
Key Concepts
- Closed-loop economy: total value is fixed.
- Circulatory system: mechanisms to keep value moving.
- Illiquidity: too few buyers/sellers to move value.
- Protocol Pooling: concentrated control → middlemen/inefficiency.
Implications
Pooling drives inequality and fragility; embedded circulation restores liquidity and balance. Likely adversary path: capture developers/community, then miners. Most dangerous: buy out miners between 2024–2032 halving cycles while public clings to obsolete narratives.
Gresham’s Law in Practice
“Bad money drives out good.” Hoarding BTC as pure SoV reduces circulation and fees, weakening peer-to-peer use—especially when regulation encourages custodial reserves.
Battlefield Bitcoin
BATTLEFIELD BITCOIN is a call to clarity and a strategic manual for defending decentralization. As centralized forces attempt to co-opt Bitcoin, the book exposes the economic and structural vulnerabilities few will name.
It lays the foundation for a global awakening—a roadmap to reclaim Bitcoin’s purpose: a capped-supply currency accessible to everyone and controlled by no one.
This isn’t just a book; it’s the ignition point for mobilization to preserve the most important financial revolution of our time.
